Pathways to Health: “A Day in the Life”

Thinking about a career in a health profession and wondering how to get there? Join Pathways to Science and the Yale Pediatrics Residency in their first ever career day “A Day in the Life”! Students will hear talks from multiple health care professionals at Yale New Haven Hospital and rotate through different stations: physicians, nursing, physical therapy, phlebotomy, dentistry, and more! Each station will have information on what it takes to be in that career and a fun activity related to that job. Students will learn how to check vitals, the basics of physical therapy, and more!
Lunch will be served. Registration is required at onhsa.yale.edu/healthcareer2019. Open to Pathways Students in grades 8-11.
