Event Description:
Understanding how to manage your own money matters for you, your education, your retirement, and your children. Unfortunately, only 35% of American men and 18% of American women pass basic financial literacy tests. Come join us on April 21st to learn about personal finances from Yale students! There will be lessons covering topics including personal investing, taxes, and saving for college, as well as a panel on jobs in financial services featuring female college students. Pizza lunch will be served.
Free admission. Open to 10th-12th female New Haven Public School students. Registration will open on March 26th at onhsa.yale.edu/financial2018
