Event Description:
On May 6th at 6:30PM, hundreds of students from New Haven Public Schools who participate in Yale’s Music in Schools Initiative, Music Haven’s programs, and Neighborhood Music School activities, will be featured in the Music Makes New Haven concert at Woolsey Hall. Other concert highlights include joint performances conducted by William Boughton (Music Director of New Haven Symphony Orchestra) and a culminating performance involving all participating students, written and conducted by Tom Duffy. Admission to the concert is FREE. No tickets are required.
