Event Description:
HPREP is a nation-wide high school Saturday science enrichment program aimed at recruiting underrepresented minority high school students into careers in the sciences and health professions. Under the mentorship of minority graduate and professional students, New Haven high school sophomore and junior HPREP participants are introduced to various topics within medicine and public health. Each session is led by a variety of Yale affiliates including professors, clinicians, professional students and administrators. This year’s program consists of 9 Saturday sessions beginning on Saturday, October 7th, 2017. Applications are due September 16th.
