Event Description:
Directed by George Sidney, this film features two divorced Broadway stars who are reunited amid backstage complications and romantic misunderstandings in this wonderful Cole Porter musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s “The Taming of the Shrew.” This film will be shown in conjunction with the Center’s Shakespeare exhibition “The Poet of Them All.”
This screening is open to the general public, however seating is limited.
